You made it to the contact page. That either means you loved something or you hated something, and both are welcome here.
Just email us
We don’t run a contact form because contact forms are where good emails go to die. If you’ve got something to say, send it to:
A real person reads it. Usually within a day or two, unless it’s a weekend, in which case: a real person reads it on Monday.
What to write to us about
Any of these are fair game:
- A product we should test. Tell us what, why, and what niche it fits. “You should rank the best X for Y” is our favorite subject line.
- We got something wrong. Facts, prices, specs, winners — if we missed it, tell us. We update articles when we’re wrong and say so at the top.
- You loved a ranking. We don’t say this often enough: this genuinely makes our week. Write us a sentence about the one that helped.
- You hated a ranking. Also fine. Be specific — “the #3 pick is wrong because ___” is useful. “This article is bad” is not.
- You’re a brand that wants to work with us. See below.
For brands and PR
We don’t accept sponsored rankings. We don’t take paid placements. We don’t do “guaranteed #1 spot” packages, ever. We know you get pitched this by other sites. We are not those sites.
What we do:
- Free samples for review. We’ll consider them. We decide independently whether the product makes the ranking — being sent a sample does not guarantee inclusion, and it never determines the rank. If we keep the sample, we disclose that in the article.
- Listen to corrections. If we got a fact wrong about your product, email us at corrections@honestlyranked.com with the specific claim and a source. We’ll update fast.
- Consider tip-offs. Know about a new product, a quiet spec change, or a category we should be looking at? Tell us.
Pitches for sponsored posts, link exchanges, guest posts, “niche edits,” or anything with the word synergy in it will be ignored. Politely. Then permanently.
For press and podcasts
We occasionally do interviews about how we rank things, what’s wrong with review culture, or why we think most listicles are a disservice to readers. If that’s useful to you, reach out to press@honestlyranked.com.
Follow along
Every Friday we send one email. It has the week’s new rankings, the ones we killed in drafts, and occasionally a product that made us yell at each other in Slack. You can subscribe at the bottom of any page.
Otherwise we’re quietly around on the usual places — links in the footer. We don’t post much. We’d rather write rankings than tweets.
