Why the gaps exist
Publishers set a separate price for each Steam region. Since November 2023, Turkey, Argentina and 25 other countries are priced in US dollars at a level the publisher picks, so a low price there is a choice, not a currency accident. India and Brazil keep local currencies with their own price tiers. The UK and the euro zone come out highest partly because their Steam prices include sales tax and the US price does not.
